COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sp Mfg M3328A-001,HRC045TS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Super-Vexta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vexta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Symcom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Super-Vexta such as the KBLM6180A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLD120AMK manufactured by Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 355400SM by Manufacturer Symcom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VFS11S2022PLWNR5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Spectra such as 019183500121 equipment made by Spectra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spectra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spectra" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT130H2U4110 made by Toshiba as well as the popular ATV58HD23N4XZU original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TDSV8L2P2FMTDSV8L2P2FM by Tek-drive and 019183500121 spares by Spectra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N3240N1U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
